We all have a view of what the future should look like and what actions we need to take to get there. Wagga View is how we collaborate these views and create a vision as a community.

Future proofing subdivisions
In 2017, Wagga Wagga City Council undertook a review of its Engineering Guidelines for Subdivisions and Development Standards. This review addressed recurring issues with subdivisions and developments and sought to bring them in to line with modern standards.
As part of this review, Council sought community feedback, so as to gauge community expectations on these guidelines and to ensure the new standards were practical and acceptable.

Planning For Our Community
In 2017, the community was invited to have their say Wagga on funding priorities, service levels and how to plan for a more sustainable future.
Council drafted key documents outlining the projects and services to be delivered to the community, and the associated budget and resource requirements. These were placed on public exhibition where the community was encouraged to submit their feedback.
