Wagga City Library Review

Consultation has concluded

The Wagga Wagga City Library building is 20 years old and undertaking a review of library services and programs in preparation for an increase in our population to 100,000 by 2040.

We want your ideas on how you think we can make the library bigger and better!

The review will include the existing building’s capacity to cope with the population growth. It will also seek your feedback about opportunities to extend services and programs based on the needs and expectations of the community, across the suburban areas and villages over the next 20 years.

The current Wagga Wagga City Library building is now 20 years old. We need to think about, and plan for, the next 20 years. What kind of spaces, collections, learning programs and services will our community need in the future?

Thanks to the Friends of the Library, you can choose to go into a draw and win a Coles/Myer voucher of $100 for participating in the online survey. There is also a second voucher draw for those who complete a paper version of the survey. The prizes will be drawn on Wednesday 9 October

With this in mind, we are currently reviewing our library service in order to design new spaces and new delivery options for our diverse communities. What do you, your friends, your family, and your communities need now and into the future?

Whether you currently use our library service, or have never used it, we welcome your ideas and suggestions. Your feedback will help us design a contemporary library service that will meet the needs of today and tomorrow.

Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey.
