Future proofing subdivisions

This consultation has concluded. All submissions will be considered in a report to the April 2017 Council Meeting.

Council is currently reviewing its Engineering Guidelines for Subdivisions and Development Standards to address recurring issues with subdivisions and developments and to bring them in to line with modern standards.

These guidelines were last reviewed in 1996, so it's timely to revisit them.

It is important to gauge community expectations on these guidelines to ensure the new standards are practical and acceptable.
