2018 Employee Opinion Survey

Consultation has concluded

Council’s 2018 Employee Opinion Survey is an opportunity for me to get to know the organisation. I would like to hear from you and use your feedback to identify opportunities that could be introduced to make Council an even better place to work.

I am seeking your input on six (6) key focus areas including:

  • employee satisfaction
  • our workforce
  • inclusion & accessibility
  • health, safety & wellbeing
  • innovation & continuous improvement
  • leadership

I would also like your feedback on the current flexible work hours agreement and nine (9) day fortnight (if they apply to you). You are also welcome to provide additional feedback at the end of the survey.

How long is the survey open?

The survey will remain open from Monday, 19 February 2018 to close of business Friday, 9 March 2018.

What will happen with the information?

  • This is an anonymous process and all information received is strictly confidential.
  • Data will be collated into summary reports and results will be communicated back to you in April 2018.
  • Directors and Managers will work with their relevant areas to develop action plans based on feedback received.
  • Progress on action plans will be monitored and communicated back to staff.
